CABINET & CONTROLLER MAINTENANCE SEMINAR

This 1-day seminar has a strong emphasis on issues faced by the signal technician or installer when at a cabinet on the street corner.  Practical discussions on cabinet wiring, flashing indications, detectors, LED signals, field wiring, etc. make this seminar useful to anyone responsible for signal and cabinet operations, maintenance and troubleshooting.

ESSENTIALS of TRAFFIC CONTROLLERS  SEMINAR

This 1-day seminar will compare and contrast the different types of traffic controller equipment.   The session will cover the fundamentals of taking traffic signal system data from numbers on a page to running on the street. We also will explain the interaction of controller features such as clocks, preemption, and simplified coordination of pretimed and actuated controllers.  We will define some terminology and look at examples of various timing situations. You will leave with techniques to know when to use each scenario.

VIDEO DETECTION SEMINAR

This half-day seminar focuses on what is needed at an intersection for successful video detection.  We will sort out what is important and what is not when considering video as an option.  Camera placement, alignment and connectivity guidelines will be presented using many years of field experiences as teaching tools.
